This page applies to the Kaariger (client) and Kaariger Pro (technician) apps by Zulfig Systems.
If you have jobs still in progress, finish or cancel them first. If your wallet still has funds, use them or contact us so we can settle the balance before deletion.
If you can no longer access the app, email support@kaariger.com from any address and include the mobile number you gave when posting a job — technicians, the number you sign in with. We verify the request on that number and complete the deletion within 7 days.

Your name, phone number, photos, voice notes, saved addresses, location data, and (for technicians) CNIC and certificate documents are permanently removed. Completed-transaction records (job number, date and amount, with no personal details attached) are kept in anonymised form for 7 years, as financial record-keeping requires. Nothing in them identifies you.
