Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 August 2026 · Applies to the Kaariger (client) and Kaariger Pro (technician) mobile apps, operated by Zulfig Systems ("we", "us").
1. What we collect
- Your details: your name and mobile number. The Kaariger client app has no sign-up — it creates an anonymous account for you and asks for your name and number only before your first job, so the technician you choose can reach you. Technicians sign in to Kaariger Pro with a mobile number and a passcode issued by our team.
- Notifications: a device token, used only to alert you about your own jobs. It is removed when you sign out or delete your account.
- Job details: descriptions you type, photos you attach, and voice notes you record about a job, plus the job address and location you set.
- Location: with your permission, your device location — used to set the job address (clients), and to show nearby jobs and confirm on-site arrival (technicians). We do not track location in the background.
- Technician verification (Kaariger Pro only): CNIC number and CNIC images, and trade certificates you submit, used only to verify your identity and skills.
- Payments: wallet balances, transaction history, and payment reference details. We do not store card numbers.
2. How we use it
- To connect clients with verified technicians and run jobs from posting to completion.
- To verify technician identity and keep the marketplace safe and fair.
- To process wallet top-ups, escrow, payouts, and receipts.
- To send you notifications about your own jobs.
3. What other users see
- Technicians bidding on your job see the job details, area, and your first name. Your phone number is shared only after you accept a bid, so the technician can reach you.
- Clients see a technician's name, photo, trades, verification status, and rating. CNIC documents are never shown to other users.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers that run the platform (database and file hosting, notification delivery, and a content-processing service that turns your job description into a structured job card), and where the law requires it.
5. Retention & deletion
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: Profile → Delete account. You can also request deletion at this page.
When you delete your account we remove your personal data — name, phone number, photos, voice notes, location, and verification documents. Records of completed transactions are kept in anonymised form where we are legally required to keep financial records.
6. Security
Data is stored with access controls so each user can only read what belongs to them, and verification documents live in private storage that other users cannot access. All traffic between the apps and our servers is encrypted.
7. Children
Kaariger is not directed at children under 18. You must be at least 18 to create an account.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
